Junior Brand Manager

The Opportunity

Integrecty is partnering with a growing and innovative SME FMCG business based in Birmingham, looking to recruit a creative and commercially minded Junior Brand Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to take the next step, working closely with senior leadership to shape and develop well-loved consumer brands in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of brand strategies, helping drive awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of brand and marketing campaigns

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and creative) to ensure brand consistency

• Assist in new product development (NPD), including concept development and launches

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance

• Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers

• Monitor budgets and campaign effectiveness

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual with a strong interest in FMCG and brand building.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a marketing or brand role (FMCG experience desirable)

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behaviour

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confident using data to inform decisions
