Business Development Manager – IT Services Provider


The Opportunity

Integrecty is partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Services Provider based in Birmingham, looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate their growth.

This is a high-impact role suited to a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in IT services, managed services, or solutions sales, who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.


The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities across the SME and mid-market space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within IT services and managed solutions

  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive revenue growth

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level stakeholders)

  • Present tailored IT solutions including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services

  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Accurately manage pipeline and activity through CRM systems


About You

We’re looking for a confident, driven, and commercially astute sales professional who can hit the ground running.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT services / MSP / solutions sales

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets

  • Experience selling solutions such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
