Integrecty is working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking IT Value-Added Distributor (VAD) in Surrey who is looking to hire an ambitious Account Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with IT sales or reseller experience to build strong channel relationships, drive revenue, and grow their career within a high-performing and supportive business.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of reseller and partner accounts. You will act as the key point of contact, driving sales performance and identifying new business opportunities within your customer base.
Manage and grow relationships with IT resellers and channel partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
Promote a range of IT solutions, services, and vendor products
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide quotes, pricing, and product advice to customers
Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners
Maintain accurate records of activity using CRM systems
We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded individual who thrives in a sales environment.
Previous experience in IT sales, distribution, or reseller channel (preferred)
Proven ability to manage accounts and grow revenue
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Competitive basic salary (£35,000 – £40,000)
