Integrecty is partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing IT Services Provider based in Birmingham, looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate their growth.
This is a high-impact role suited to a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in IT services, managed services, or solutions sales, who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities across the SME and mid-market space.
Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within IT services and managed solutions
Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level stakeholders)
Present tailored IT solutions including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Accurately manage pipeline and activity through CRM systems
We’re looking for a confident, driven, and commercially astute sales professional who can hit the ground running.
Proven experience in IT services / MSP / solutions sales
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding new business targets
Experience selling solutions such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Competitive base salary (£55,000 – £60,000)
Uncapped OTE with strong earning potential
